Another 70 degree Saturday in Sunny San Diego. Shocker. Anywho, finals are right around the corner so it’s very important that I maintain a healthy immune system during this stressful time! This drink is perfect for helping your body stay healthy. Why? Well grapefruits are high in Vitamin C which fight off the common cold, and they also contain tons of fiber! I also added organic wild blueberries and raspberries that are both high in antioxidants.
Simply squeeze 1.5 large grapefruits and add half a handful of blueberries and raspberries into a blender and you’re ready. Enjoy!

Monday Mornings
Oh hey Monday, we meet again. Wasn’t too thrilled to wake up for my two morning classes earlier after a long fun filled weekend. Regardless…yesterday= COSTCO HAUL, picked up a huge box of seedless grapes and they’re amazzzingggg. ON ANYTHING, crackers n cheese…or stuffed in an omelette. So bomb.

Valentine’s Day Dinner
Happy belated Valentine’s Day everybody! I’ve been so busy with school but I wanted to post some photos of my dinner last night. I made Chicken Whole Wheat Linguini Alfredo pasta with red bell peppers, baby spinach, and a side of roasted red potatoes. SO amazing! My roommate brought the wine and cheese and my suitemate’s boyfriend generously shared their chocolate strawberries with us. Love love love <3
Can’t wait to cook Valentine’s Day dinner.
